“I will not teach or love or show you anything perfectly, but I will always let you see me. And I will always hold sacred the gift of seeing you.” - Brené Brown

Certified Fitness Trainer, Yoga Teacher
and Personal Coach

An international dragon boater for 10 years, Georgie has a remarkable affinity with sport and physical strength. She trialed the course for Ninja Warrior on Cockatoo Island for two years straight and didn’t miss an obstacle. Georgie began her yoga teaching journey at The Yoga Institute in 2012. Prior to that she had been training athletes and the general public since her early 20s, whilst beginning a teaching degree majoring in Japanese at Macquarie University and completing her Diploma of Fitness at Randwick TAFE.

Georgie is also a life saver, and competes in every land and water event at Surf Life Saving Championships. She moved from Sydney to the Central Coast in 2017, and September 2021 arrived in Hobart. She is overwhelmed by the amazing communities and the kindness of the people that surround her. She is busy working, dancing, diving in the ocean, loving with her whole heart and raising her gorgeous son. She adores her incredibly talented chef and musician husband who shares the same love, appreciation and zest for life. Fresh air, sunrise, ridiculous dancing and long deep conversations are four of her favourite things.

My Journey

"The balance of training hard, but also knowing when and how to slow down has been a crucial part of my journey. Having grown up in a very dysfunctional and violent home, I developed a slightly unhealthy habit around perfectionism and control (mainly in relation to my body and what it was capable of). This was a great drive in order to be the top Australian female in every sport I tried, but growing and learning and hurting and healing... was so much more satisfying, and truly a gift to be able to find and explore a much more vulnerable side of myself."
